We released a CNCnetPDM device driver for machines with Heidenhain TNC and iTNC controllers that enables you to monitor machine-, process- and quality data from these devices. Acquired data can seamlessly be integrated with your IT infrastructure.
HEIDENHAIN DRIVER
This highly configurable device driver collects OEE machine states, information about executed nc programs, errors, tools, override, axes positions and PLC data. It supports sampling rates down to 1 second. All acquired items can be adjusted on a per machine basis according to your needs.
