We have released several new and enhanced tools for machine condition monitoring and modification of parameters on these devices:
SINUMERIK OPC CLASSIC MACHINE DATA
In addition to our OPC UA programs for Sinumerik 840D and 828 controllers with Sinumerik Operate 4.5 and 4.7 we released a tool that enables you to acquire, monitor and write up to 15 adjustable OPC items from Sinumerik 840D controllers that use OPC DA Classic. For all controllers with MS Windows OS that do NOT run Sinumerik Operate >= 4.5 you can use this technique.
We also released enhanced versions of our tools for data acquisition and parameter modification on Sinumerik 840D SL & 828D controllers that run Sinumerik Operate >= 4.5. The program CNCnetPDM OPC UA Simple Client now allows you to read, monitor and write up to 15 adjustable OPC items from/to these devices.
For data acquisition from Heidenhain TNC 426, 430, 320, 620, 640 and iTNC 530 controllers that have an Ethernet network connection you can use our newest tool HeidenhainData. The program enables you to read and output controller information, machine- and NC-program-status as well as axis data. For iTNC 530 controllers you also get detailed output about the current tool, PLC- and tool-table-data.
