Reads the parameter of the PROFIBUS slave function.

Arguments
Specify the library handle. See "Library handle" for details.
Specifies the pointer to the OUT_PBSPRM2 structure to store the the acquired parameter.

Return
EW_OK is returned on successful completion, otherwise any value except EW_OK is returned.
