Arguments : HSSB
Specify the library handle. See "Library handle" for details.
Specify the following message.
| 0 | : | error message of DATA SERVER |
| 1 | : | system error message of DATA SERVER |
The maximum length of the message is 481 byte including 'NULL'.
The error message is stored in accordance with a screen image of 12 lines * 40 characters, and the last character is 'NULL'.
Return
EW_OK is returned on successful completion, otherwise any value except EW_OK is returned.
