Writes the management time data.

Declaration
Arguments
Specify the library handle. See "Library handle" for details.
Specify the setting number of management time data. (0,1,2,...)
Specify the pointer to IODBMNGTIME structure which stored the management time data.
The IODBMNGTIME structure is as follows.

- setting unit 1 = 0.1 hour
- * When "0" is set to setted life, the management time is not counted.
Return
EW_OK is returned on successful completion, otherwise any value except EW_OK is returned.
The major error codes are as follows.

CNC option
For HSSB connection,
For Ethernet connection,
The Ethernet function and the extended driver/library function are necessary. When Embedded Ethernet is used,above two optional functions are not required.
When Ethernet board is used,
- only Ethernet function is required.
