operation mode

| 128 | : | change it to "CLEAR" mode |

Specifies the pointer to the OUT_CHGMODERESULT structure to store the acquired parameter.
The OUT_CHGMODERESULT structure is as follows.

Return
EW_OK is returned on successful completion, otherwise any value except EW_OK is returned.
